UNSOLICITED CALLS FOR MR. RICHARD MJOLI

I have been recieving unsolicited calls from this company for an account that is not even mine. The call center staff are arrogant and rude. Have zero personal skills.

I told them I am not the gentleman they are looking for and then I get interogated asked questions on behalf of this person who again I DO NOT KNOW. I then ask for the name of the person who originally spoke to me and had the audacity to hang up on me cause she was overstepping.

For one they are distributing peoples information to others which is against POPI act. And I will be notifying the NCR. They also then deem it appropriate to resend me a message after with the same info AGAIN.

Tell me that they will get a manager to call me but then have the call center agents call me again and tell me the same thing over and over.

This company is ********* and I will be taking this further through the relevant channels.
