I have repeatedly requested documents from HP Attorneys via email and phone, but they have failed to provide them. This morning, I received a call from a rude representative who refused to let me speak. After insisting on being heard, I reiterated my stance: no further communication until I receive the requested documents. The representative asked me to verify my details over the phone, which I refused to do, as I have previously requested verification via email. It's unacceptable that the person I've emailed numerous times hasn't responded or requested verification through email. I've made it clear to HP Attorneys that there will be no communication until I receive the documentation. As a consumer, you have the right to request certain documents, and I urge you to exercise this right. Debt Collectors & the like like to pull the wool over people's eyes.
