Unprofessional, Rude, Disrespectful Idiots

Good day,

Please confirm who I just spoke to regarding the arrears of my personal loan account.

I would like you to confirm the name and surname for the collections agent.

The call took place today at around 12:57 and was about 7mins long.

As soon as I confirmed that I could not make a payment arrangement, your collection agent became very rude and personal. I am not going to just leave it there.

It felt like I was being attack by a very unprofessional individual who speaks down on people. I can see that all 9 reviews listed the experience as a 1 because you guys are totally **** and like to harass people.
