Unfair judgement

I have the worse experience with HP Attorneys and it’s been 7 years. My name is Khanyisa I have been disputing an account these are attorneys claim the account is mine and the amount reflecting is what I owe for years now since 2017. Recently I discovered that I have an unfairly judgment on my credit profile with no summons. No calls no message no emails indicating such. When they call I tell them there’s a judgment on my name already after so much years of disputing this even providing evidence of my dispute and yet again the address that is on this account is not mine I have no indicated this from day 1 and they did not care. I do not know what else I can do but I will never agree to a debt that is not mine and on top of that my rights have been violated here. And it’s been 7 years
