Terrible service

It been 3 weeks waiting for a debt settlement letter which I was to receive via email so today(04/09/2023)I decided to do a follow up.the first agent disconnected the call after telling me they sent the email on 14 August 2023, second agent asked me to send her an email which did turned out to be a blocked email address, the third agent responded with Mmm as soon as I told her the reason for calling put me on hold within seconds of the call without any notice came back on the the line with no apology just said what your ID number with attitude unprovoked all I need is a settlement letter or was I ****med ???? Terrible service
