Terrible

My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to FNB. For some reason, you started sending me messages to my phone about a payment arrangement. What is even more disgusting, is the fact that FNB is very much aware of the fact that he is in prison. I have sent mails to every singe address i can find for FNB, made complaints on this very site and in fact have correspondence where FNB acknowledges that they are aware he is in prison. For some reason they made a snarky comment that, that letter only tells them where he is and that it doesn't give me the right to handle his account / correspondence. I never claimed that i wanted to handle his affairs. I just wanted them to acknowledge receipt of the document, which they did. It seems that you either you did not receive all the relevant information, or you just don't care. He is in prison, he is not ignoring you. It seems as if they don't understand what it means to be in prison. He is not ignoring anyone. HE IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that they choose to ignore this simple fact. I am going to spell it out again: HE IS NOT IGNORING YOU. HE IS IN JAIL. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK / E-MAIL / GET PHONE CALLS / READ TEXT MESSAGES. Please get your facts straight. Look at the hundreds of e-mails sent to FNB and complaints I made against FNB.
