Repeated Breach of Agreed Debit Order Arrangement

In December, HP Attorneys processed my debit order prior to the agreed debit date, despite me expressly advising that I do not receive my salary earlier and that an early debit would cause financial prejudice. I raised this issue immediately via WhatsApp, where it was acknowledged, yet no corrective measures were implemented. The response received was limited to an apology for the inconvenience. In January, HP Attorneys repeated the exact same conduct, again debiting my account earlier than agreed. This constitutes a failure to adhere to agreed payment arrangements and reflects a lack of reasonable care in the administration of client accounts. Each premature debit results in avoidable bank charges and financial loss, which I cannot afford. I hereby request: A written explanation as to why the agreed debit date was not adhered to, despite prior notification. Immediate confirmation that future debit orders will be processed strictly in accordance with the agreed date. Consideration of reimbur*****t for bank charges and financial losses incurred as a direct result of these unauthorized early debits. Repeated apologies without corrective action are insufficient. I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it warrants and resolved without further delay.
