Possible ****mers

been sent from pillar to post, with no one being able to give me proper feedback regarding my account, very rude and unprofessional staff!!!! from my account being a FNB account to now being a toyota account, debit orders has been deducted and no account statement can be provided from HP Attorneys???? Looking for answers!!!!!
