These people keep on sending me SMS’s regarding a nonpayment on my Vodacom account. Ref HP*** Phone: *** WhatsApp nr ***. I asked the numerous times for a statement but they refuse to send is to me. Today they send me a SMS telling me that they are going to delete my number from the Vodacom network. I called Vodacom and according to them, my account is pay in full. The debit order went off every month. This company don's want to help me if I don't send them my full names and surname as well as my physical address. But they had my number. They can used this to retrieve the account, but they don't want to. I am not going to give it to them, because the Popia Act protect me. Can you please try and see what you can do? Every time I called them, their system is slow or off line. Very convenient.
