Poor performance with a lot of excuses

Good Morning The above Matter refers to: Re: ABSA *** It saddens me to place a review on this platform. But you left me no options. After many requests for feedback regarding the ABSA paid-up letter, it seems like we are being ignored in our request! This matter is becoming ridiculous. What more does a person need to do to get a response from you? In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. We comp**** with all your requests in time as proven by all the email proof given but now the lack of commitment on your side for the paid-up letter and the clearing of our name seems un-relevant. This is not acceptable. If you are not competent to get the relevant requested documentation and service from your client as promised provide us with the contact details of the applicable people at ABSA so that we can get this issue sorted. Your undivided attention and commitment to resolving this matter are placed in high regard.
