Paid-Up FNB Credit Card Account Still Reflected – Being Ignored

In April 2025, I fully settled and closed an account with FNB through HP Attorneys. Despite this, the account still reflects on my credit record. I dealt directly with Michael T....... regarding the settlement and closure. I have also contacted FNB multiple times for clarity, but the matter remains unresolved.

I'm constantly reaching out to HP Attorneys and received no response, which I find unprofessional and unacceptable.

This is extremely frustrating, and I would appreciate assistance in finally resolving this matter and removing the account from my record.
