Overpaid but a 4 week long refund process.

I discovered that I overpaid my account by months. When I asked for a statement they actually asked and offered me a discount on my balance. Had to track back my payments over months. My refund process is taking up to 4 weeks now with numerous excuses. Quick to send a summons as always but a shame I can't send them one. Thanks Angus, Kathleen, Pamela. Poor service.
