Hp staff rude and very unprofessional organisation

I am very confused on how these people run their business when they don't care about their clients. I have made all forms of communication trying to reach out no one bothered to call since I made a settlement letter on November 29th 2025, and I have been contacting the office with no luck I even went as far as requesting an email so that I can here from someone who is supervising the agent even a team leader if management is unreachable but no, HP attorneys does not give a damn about me after settling the account and worse Nedbank referred me to them since I made the payment no one is Will to give me my paid up letter and clear my debt, it is really frustrating and below the belt even for a company as you.
