HP Attorneys(FNB) has not allocated my Dec payment to date, they want to **** me my money!

FNB handed me over to these unprofessional so called attorneys to collect a balance on my outstanding FNB loan account. I made payment arrangement with them to pay R 500 every month, they provided me with a reference number to use when making payment. In November I made payment of R 500 using the reference number provided and my account was updated. On Dec 19th 2025 I made payment of R 500 using the same reference and till today my account has not been updated.

I have been following up with them on Whatsapp and email and they keep telling me that my reference has changed and that they will allocate my Dec payment. Does it take a month to allocate payment ?

Today I have been receiving calls and sms to say that payment was not received, despite the fact that I have sent POP for payment made to them on Dec 19th 2025 and they too have confirmed to allocate payment.

What a bunch of unprofessional and *********** people!!
