*****STERS!!! They have been taking my payments for over a year and yet neither my current balance nor my apparent arrears is decreasing!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? They refuse to send me any kind of statement for the payments made yet I have been paying the amount they have given me to pay!! HP ATTORNEYS CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ASAP???
