Hp attorneys and Vodacom - are not assisting???

Since my vodacom account was handed to HP attorneys due to none payment, even though I was charged for this contract AFTER it ended - I reached out to this company advicing them what happened and asked them to help me sort this out... This was the response I got: With due respect it is your responsibility to enquire with Vodacom I was just advising you that the account is assigned to HP Attorneys with the outstanding balance. The account is under your name and it is your name will be affected as soon this matter is handed over to legal with due respect I will urge you to sort out this matter with Vodacom ASAP it will be up to you to do so. NOW my question is - my account was handed over to them from vodacom and vodacom says I need to speak to them because they no longer have my account.

So HOW do I sort this out????
