HP Attorneys and Nedbank stole 11k from me

I was told to make a payment on a Nedbank credit card, my account was handed over to HP Attorneys, I asked for a settlement, and I proceeded to settle the account on the 5th of Feb 2024. Till this day I haven’t received any acknowledgment of receipt from HP Attorneys or Nedbank, I sent the POP and I was told payment will be made for allocation, it’s been over two weeks, nothing is done. Instead I’m still called by different agents to tell me that I still have an outstanding payment on my account. I’ve sent a mail to ChantelK which she still hasn’t acknowledged.
