HP Attorney harassment.

I received a call from the HP Attorneys' call center, asking for Shane. I told them it is the wrong number. They asked me if I knew him - I said I used to work with him three years ago but he moved to New Zealand. I asked them to please update their records. The next day I received another call from the call center - asking the same question - I told them the story and asked them to please update their records. The next day I received another call - same question. I told the guy I am getting frustrated, having been assured twice already they would update their records. The guy slammed the phone in my ear. The next day I received another call - same story. A lady asked for Shane, I asked them what it was about and they said I needed to confirm my identity - told her I am not going to before she told me what it was about - she said I had to. I told her I wont and she ended the call. Consider that each time I blocked the number but each time they used a different number. Today I received an SMS that they are issuing a summons for my (Shane's) Capitec account. Surely their has to be a mechanism to stop this. This is harassment.
