HARASSMENT AND FALSE Accusations of non paying when i pay every month my accounts

Over several months I get harrassed by emails and calls without them doing their homework... i have paid my wesbank account every month yet they tell me i havent... i then send them proof then they go quiet... then they start again and aagain and again... i send proof and no help after... so quick to try take money and acuse me of not paying my accounts... just becuase i pay on diferent days of the month... i then get told to change my date i do that.. then all of a sudden wesbank wants to charge me almost double my monthly premiums like they did somehting on their system,..... i am so sick of getting harrassed every month when i pay for my car every month... all i owe on my car is about R20k and i pay R5600 every month.... i would like to actually take this legal now iv had enough with both HP and Wesbank!!!
