Ghosting after paying with no paid up letter

I had to pay even thou Vodacom was not being truthful about the last month payment of the contract and they had handed me over to this people. Well i paid because they are adverse on my credit score profit and it dropped. now Brandin Schoonwyk is ghosting me with the paid-up letter.
