Failure to keep promise and leaving over a month without HP attorneys sending my paid up letter

I am so disappointed and frustrated as I am typing this review, I settled a personal loan with HP attorneys for Nedbank date of settlement 29 November 2025, today is 03.01.2026 and I have not received the settlement letter since, I was promised 7-14 working days when I contacted them again I was told to give it 21 days it has passed over a month now, the WhatsApp messenger chat is being closed and you can't chat for assistance, I requested an email guest what I discovered it is a spam I can not send communication in it.

I want HP attorney to do what they promised me.
