disappointed customer

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, I have spoken to many Managers /SUPERVISORS for assistance in regards to my query but no joy. Rasheida has been very supportive and guided me alot , thanks to her but Managers - Migail and Team still are going back and forth with the stipulated discount ? Can someone please assist me thanks
