Bad service and ****.

HP attorney call on behalf of Cellc because i had outstanding debt with cellc.

And we made arrangements to pay the debt and they offered me 20% discount if I settle the debt.

Of which i did and the sent me a settlement letter.

But now cellc is saying i’m still owing them and the don’t recognise the settlement letter from Hp attorney.

I called Hp attorney be the stuff is rude and I can’t get help . Everyone is making stories but no feedback.
