Bad customer service

This company hired a bunch of *********** fools, no customer service skills, no assistance at all.

I’ve been contacting the company trying to settle a debt as they have made contact on behalf of MTN. When I first called a couple of months back I was told I would be sent an email with the balance and the banking details that did not happen and there was no follow up.

Again I’ve been chasing them for banking details, instead of getting assistance I’m getting threats. This company is diabolical. Even the one star they do not derseve it, no professionalism whatsoever.
