***** against my Name, Harassing me for payment & Credit Bureau

This Attorneys Refuse to provide me with a copy of the contract. I received a call and emails from the company regarding a Cell C account that was handed over to them. An Account that does not exist. When I requested that they provide me with a copy of all my personal information they have on record the person refused and said they can not provide it to me and that I must pay the arrears amount or they will take legal action. Also, the so called "CellC" debited my account numerous times and I had to call my bank to reverse the funds and stop the debit orders. Debit orders I did not sign for. I need this to be resolved and removed from my credit score. I am in te process for reporting this firm and taking legal action.
