I'm FURIOUS with Zama Muthwana handling my account. She REFUSES to send me my statement after MULTIPLE requests. Instead, I get relentless calls from her, but ZERO resolution. This is incompetence and harassment. HP Attorneys should fire her ASAP. I demand answers and my statement NOW.
