approved bond by HIP not launched

I am disappointed by Housing Investment Partners (HIP), I have app**** for their bond and it was approved the same month (September 2014) for house 2540, Osizweni, Newcastle. I have already paid for both Attorneys for transaction and bond registration fees. To this day the bond has not been launched. Attorneys are losing the patience as HIP has not done any required submission to finalise the process. This has caused inconvenience and unnecessary payment of rent as the process meant for 2 months has escalated to 5 months now, and I have already I rejected other banks as HIP had a better offer. I've spoken to a consultant at HIP by the name of \Prudence"who's been constantly referring me to her senior by the name of \""Lesego\"" for the past 4 days but unfortunately have not been getting a way forward.
