Stay far from Housing Investment Partners [HIP]
I lodged a complaint with Housing Investment Partners [HIP] three months ago. To date I have not received an acknowledgement of receipt or any feedback. Based on my review of the credit agreement, the contract contains provisions that appear to be in breach of multiple sections of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005. I do not recommend Housing Investment Partners for a home loan. Prospective borrowers should obtain independent legal advice and verify terms with the National Credit Regulator before entering into an agreement with HIP.
