entice customer under false pretenses, (answering a questionnaire and winning an I phone for 2 Rands as a prize ), the moment you complete the questionnaire, and entering all your details online, then they deduct immediately 187 Rand, and they send by email the T&C that tell you that you have just subscribed to a club and that you will have your account charged with 187 Rand every 2 weeks, so obviously you couldn't have read the email while you where online completing the survey, but the moment that I email the support complaining about the unprofessional actions, they deducted one more 187 Rand , after complaining to the support mail they promises to refund me, obviously it didn't happen, so stay away from them when you see the name HOUSEHOLDSHOP
