Unsolicited debit against my account

I agreed to sign up for a package with Telkom and made it clear that it was on the basis there were NO OTHER CHARGES. I put the phone down and immediately received an SMS from Hotspotter welcoming me and stating that my debit will be R139 monthly. I did not agree to this and made it clear there must be no other charges.
