Unauthorized debit order deductions

I cancelled my Telkom account in June but then noticed a debit order start from Pro Bundletc for R139 each month. I eventually called them to ask what this debit order was for and they stated it was an add on service with Telkom to store your data in the cloud, plus free GB data. I never knew about this service or used this service, but most importantly never signed a contract for this service. To date they have debited at total of R 973 from my account. What a waste of money, and so very sneakily done. #TelkomSA you should also be slammed on this matter.
