Unauthorised deductions from my bank account

Hotspotter is one of the suppliers of Vodacom when you sign up a contract with Vodacom for a recent special they had on a Tablet. I did not sign up for the contract neither did I taken receipt of the Tablet from Vodacom. Since 1 August 2015 Hotspotter is deducting the amount of R 39.00 on a monthly basis from my bank account. On 2 December 2015 I've spoken to a lady, Kim at Hotspotter but she could not get access to their system to check my information. I need 5 months deductions to be refunded to me as I did not authorise any to be deducted from my bank account.
