Unauthorised deduction from my Bank Account

I have continuously asked them and e-mailed to stop taking money off my account I did not authorised them to do this. I also cannot find out who gave them by banking details.<br> <br> My bank says they can only stop the debit order for 3 months this is RIDICULOUS surely somebody can sort this out.
