Unauthorised Debit Orders

<p> </p> <p>Good Evening</p> <p>I want to cancel subscription, as I don't even known how subscribed but for three consecutive months money has been debited from my account.</p> <p>Last year I received a call from an MTN agent telling me that I qualify for a new phone and he took down my details and told me that he'll send me links to the additional packages like SOS, TechTrace, ect. and I said no, I never subscribed to anything nor did I even qualify for the phone but I'm being billed every month.</p> <p>Please cancel the subscription and it would be best if I could get my money returned to my account.</p> <p>Standard Bank: R135.00 HOTSPOTTERM****302289-5; from ***. 2017-03-02 Query? ********** 107</p>
