Unauthorised debit order four a year without product. I want my money back

DEBIT ORDER QUIETLY GOING OFF FOR A WHOLE YEAR WITHIU TMY KNOWLEDGE AND NO PRODUCT MADE AVAILABLE.

My bank ha smade me aware that I have been debited for R70 per month since December 2017. I have not recieved a single invoice via post or email and I have yet to receive whatever product I am paying for. I demand my money back

This is unacceptable, I will take this matter further if it is not resolved accordingly
