Unauthorised Debit Order

<p>I have an Unauthorised debit order being deducted monthly from my bank account for Hotspotter.I don't know who these people are nor had any communication with them.Who authorised and activated the debit order without my signature?This is ***** and these people are commiting an ******* act.Can nobody stop these people from this ******** act as I believe I am not the only one. </p>
