Unauthorised Debit Order

After agreeing telephonically to a Telkom ADSL data line with a Telkom representative I found a Third party namely Hotspotter withdrawing R139.00 per month from my bank account. I never agreed to this. I did not ask for this and I did not once make use of this service as I ended up not installing the Telkom ADSL line. This is ***** and I will be laying a charge of ***** at the police station.
