Thieving Hotspotter/ PROBUNDLE through Telkom

I queried a monthly debit order with my bank that I did not authorise for the amount of R145.00 per month with the description of PROBUNDLE. My bank investigated and came back with the contact details for Hotspotter and for the Safetybox. Now apparently, when Telkom contacted me in April 2018 with a data deal, which I then declined. They automatically signed me up for this product. I have never agreed to receive what ever it is and have never authorised them to deduct any amount from my account. Legally, the parties that go into any agreement must firstly agree to what ever it is they are buying and or selling. This did not happen and it is my opinion that they stole my money. I want them to refund me all the ******* deductions.
