Hotspotter... cancel my subscription!!!

I received a call from someone claiming to be from mobile direct under the useless company hotspotter. They claim to give you 10 G a month for R129 which seemed like a pretty good deal. They neglect to tell you that this 10 gigs is only in their own hotspot areas (which is why they don't give you their name 'hotspotter' but mislead you with 'mobile direct'. I was assure that I could cancel my subscription anytime and very easily by emailing them. So once I realized how useless this subscription was, I cancelled it immediately... or at least tried to. I have emailed them 3 times, had no response and have been billed for a second month. I also made it very clear that I didn't want my info shared now have been billed for something called 'the unlimited'... I'm pretty sure it has something to do with these clowns. Since no other way of contacting this company has worked, I'm hoping they will at least respond to this. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ! ... and I would very much like my money back!
