Hotspotter - Beware of ******* debits to your bank account

Unauthorised debit orders against my account. How do these people get away with debiting your account? And where do they obtain our banking details from.

I have never used Hotspotter and will never us them, how do I recover the funds *******ly taken from my bank accounts and recover bank account fees which I am out of pocket for now?
