Hotspotter and co ripping you off

The following companies are all out to ******* people who can afford it the least! RescueBox Somusic Hotspotter

On the 27th of November we phoned Hotspotter to cancel the contract and refund all moneys deducted as my friend never received the mobile phone she ordered, but for 3 months they've been deducting their additional charges already. They confirmed that they'll cancel the contract and send us a confirmation sms, but we still have not received the confirmation sms and since then they've continued deducting charges on the 30th of November again.

It's ******** to say the least and I've already consulted with my lawyer and will be taking serious legal !
