I have been ****** from this company for the last 3 years. I have never requested for their services it was an add on service from me buying a WiFi package. Finally get to cancel it last month and this morning another debt order is taken off. Cameroon was the agent I spoke to. He would not let me listen to my voice recording and would not provide a refund. This company needs to be reported to ombudsman or the consumer act committee. You don't use the service at all and you still get charged. You can never get hold of anyone to raise this. You never get to speak to a manager. Hello Peter team can you please do something about this has many people have written on your page of been billed without their knowledge. Thank you.
