Hotspotter!!!

I've been struggling for almost a year now to get this company to stop takeing money from my account,its stops for a while and then they start takeing money again..I am sick and tired of this ********** company..I want my money back can anyone help me to stop this from happening? I have sent many emails to this people but it doesn't seem to work
