Hot spotter deductions for a cancelled order

I also discovered hot spotter and security EM deductions from my bank account for an order that I cancelled before even receiving a cellphone. There are no user friendly contacts for me to report it at. Who must I phone? I know that initially after cancelling the order I had specifically said that I did NOT want the hot spotter service
