deduction of money from my account

Got a call from these people telling me about their products but on our conversation it was not clear to me that they will be extra cost it was as if it's coming with the contract phone i was waiting for that week..after realizing that there's extra cost I call them same day I couldn't get through ..so I send them an email they keep on saying it will be sorted that was October they deducted money I called my bank to reverse it and I send them an email again samething same response it will be sorted this November they deducted money again!! I really want them to cancel this.
