Worst Hotel Loyalty Program

Hotelstay managed to promise my boyfriend a whole bunch of stuff to continue with our membership. In the meantime I have managed to get cheaper quotes from the Hotels on their lists without the use of our memberships. They choose when and where one can use their vouchers and its become apparent that there is always an excuse as to why the vouchers cannot be used. I have tried phoning to cancel the memberships, where I have to stay on hold for 20 minutes and then I am told to put everything in writing and they will look into it.<br> <br> This is the worst service I have ever had and the most unfriendly bunch of people. Even if nothing happen from here on out, at least I have warned the public against what I see as a scheme.<br>
