NOTHING BUT LIES
Howard MacArthur is the most despicable human being and for me to say this means a lot. Not only has he de*****ed my 72 year old father with false promises - he refuses to cancel anything even though I have the right to make these decisions on his behalf - when he is in hospital then he insists that he must speak to my father. He phones repeatedly and offers a 6 months FREE extension to my ****her after which he then claims because we did not phone and cancel he automatically deducts the funds as the free months past - he did the same after being told on my mothers name. After all of this - he found out my mother died last week. And using her death he tries to phone and upsell his useless product for a funeral stay. By the way it does NOT offer you anything off on sleeping out as he claims. If I had the money I would personally make sure that this despicable human being gets the justice he deserves.

Sales harrasment
Cancelled my membership... keep being harassed with calls from a Howard salesperson...regardless of my instructions to be removed from their system..violation of POPI Act
