[URL Removed] SERVICE SUCK

I was contacted by [URL Removed] on the 13th of May 2015 and they sold me a package. I was suppose to receive an email within 2 days - the email would give me a user name and password to be able to access their website to make bookings. During the sales call I specifically asked if I would be able to do everything online since I don't have hours to spent on the phone.<br> <br> The email never arrived and after screaming and shouting I received the mail. I tried logging in with the information provided but it kept on saying my user name and password does not exist. Again I screamed and shouted at Charlene and again promises were made that I would receive a mail on the Saturday which did not happen.<br> <br> On Monday I was told that I would have to wait 48 hours for some export to take place. On Wednesday morning I tried again and could still not log on. I then told them to cancel and refund me. I made it clear that I want confirmation of the cancellation in writing, It is Thursday and I have not received anything yet. <br> <br> This company's service is beyond useless DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!! SPARE YOURSELF THE EXPERIANCE
