Unresponsive service

Hi,<br> <br> I was called by this good sounding lady who claimed that I was chosen as 1 of their lucky person to become a VIP Gold member of hotelStay on the 16th September 15,She managed to lie to me that Strand Hotel In SwakopMund was part of them while it wanst... I was so stupid to provide her with my Visa card info and had agreed for a 12 months payment period,well it was a lie too as she emidiatly withdrew the whole amount and Shooo!!!!!! Never heard of her since then..... I tried calling her back on the same Number she called with,untill today its engaged...<br> its all just a big croocking lies that comes with them when they want you to join them.. ****mmm... I requested for my refund but no one ever responded to my emails.. they have that support center [Email Removed] which is 100% useless... now they komma sent me a membership card which is a classic membership category...
