SHOCKING SERVICE

I was PERSUADED to buy this product which sounded amazing by the marketing person, I struggled to use the card, some of the hotels on their list no longer exist, after a number of phone calls, I have been sent 3 different cards with 3 different membership numbers. Eventually a senior person spoke to me, with the agreement to cancel my membership and a free night- over 2 months ago. I have sent TWO emails, NO RESPONSE from Mr Greg Smith, TWO MORE PAYMENTS have since been deducted from my credit card- incidentally- it was put through as a 12 month BUDGET PAYMENT with NO CONSENT from me. I resorted to calling him directly, left TWO MESSAGES yesterday- NO RESPONSE. I am going to consult my private banker to stop payments as I consider this to be tantamount to theft from the company- this product is *******- I would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER!
